Implement Quality Assurance systems and processes to ensure quality, safety and compliance of processes and to internal, customer and regulatory requirements Ensure quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) on operations of DKSH. Ensures quality related problems are identified and resolved. Evaluates operation system, establishes quality assurance procedures and conduct inspections and audits. Recommends changes or improvements of QMS. Maintains proper documentations and records keeping of audit findings. Lead QA operation staff (QA coordinator) to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and GDP/GMP
General Responsibilities Learning Develop and implement a training and development framework and approach, ensuring that it stays relevant to the organization's needs Introduce and implement Fantree Academy training catalogues and programs in line with the global framework and requirements Deliver training modules, where needed Monitor and evaluate the overall implementation of development strategies, communication plans, training modules, trainers, etc., to measure execution effectiveness. Recommend and implement key improvement areas Monitor and evaluate employee post-training effectiveness (e.g. competency gaps closed, application of skills, etc.) to measure country-wide training effectiveness and outcomes Lead and manage training and development projects to enhance country-wide employee learning platforms (e.g. knowledge management databases, e-learning, informal training sessions, etc.) Evaluate and select vendors/trainers (internal and external) to ensure effective and quality execution of training initiatives/programs Lead the interactions with internal stakeholders on development strategies, communication plans, customized development plans and training platforms, etc., to ensure stakeholder needs are met Culture Drive culture awareness activities in country-wide in align with organization’s strategies Introduce culture elements and People DNA behaviors in new orientation program and leadership skills programs. Engagement Lead employee lifecycle surveys implementation and improve employee experience in collaboration with HR Business Partners. Develop and execute country employee engagement activities Implement recognition initiatives such as Fantree Award, Long Service Award and other appreciation activities in aligned with HRD and HR Leadership team.
Distributor’s Capability Development, Channel Vision and Channel Development, Field Sales Capability Development Accountable for improving regional sales and category sales in assigned distributor area. Accountable for getting the data timely and to improve the distributor score for assigned distributor. Accountable for improvement for Distributor Capability. To assist to design and lead the execution of Key programs such as Perfect Store Programs with Distributor Sales Teams. Accountable and Responsible for Trade Visibility and Accessibility in GT. Field Sales Excellency and FCS improvement. Accountable for Competition Analysis.
Process and manage all aspects of employee payroll including deductions, taxes, and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Ensure compliance with wages and benefits regulations, including tax laws and government reporting requirements. Checking and calculating monthly income tax and yearly fixed bonus calculation and expatriate payroll calculation. Preparing monthly payroll reconciliation report for monthly payroll analysis. Maintain monthly accrual report such as AVB, retention bonus and holidays accrual reports. Manage to collect employee’ family information update for tax relief yearly. Build relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to manage incoming queries and stakeholders and clients’ expectations (e.g., related to salaries, benefits, etc.) Review and propose improvements or enhancements to payroll processing, benchmarking industry best practices, prepare payroll update requirement (e.g., payroll system upgrades, process improvement, standardization to global requirements, tax policy change by government, etc.) Administer employee benefits program, such as health insurance, wellness activities, employee support activities, and employee premium. Preparing and assisting insurance proposal report for new insurance vendor. Maintain strong relationship with government offices such as labor, SSB, and tax and third-party service providers such as, payroll vendor, insurance company, and bank. Manage and prepare payroll audit report and tax audit report on time and answering question from Auditor if needed. Manage and supervise the team for SSB/ Labor inspection and employee’s helpline service. Manage foreign employee service (work permit, health check, visa, etc.) Supervise and coach payroll team members to achieve team’s goals. Support and assist Senior Manager, PS for any requirements.
