Job Summary The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing local and international shipments of both seeds and non-seed items. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders within East West Seed Myanmar and other EWS sister companies. The primary objective is to guarantee the on-time delivery of goods while adhering to regulatory standards. Roles and Responsibilities Act as a bridge among consigners, consignees, and shipping agents/forwarders to facilitate efficient shipment processes by fostering effective collaboration. Prepare essential shipping documents for both import and export activities, playing a pivotal role in ensuring customs clearance and legal adherence. Navigate government regulations, securing necessary documents from relevant government offices to ensure regulatory compliance in import and export activities. Coordinate crucial clearing and forwarding processes for both inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing and delivery. Maintain accurate oversight of shipments, actively track progress, and provide regular updates to the Logistics Supervisor, ensuring smooth logistics operations. Prepare precise expense and freight cost claims associated with shipments, requiring meticulous record-keeping and cross-departmental communication. Identify potential responsibilities that can be smoothly transitioned to the Log Admin role for optimized operational efficiency. Other ad hoc assignments related to logistics given by the management.

Job Summary The position holder is responsible to plan, develop, implement and monitor the department's goal, and objectives; ensures the timely implementation of short and long term production plans and programs; ensures profitable growth in line with group & country strategies; manages and monitors the department budget; and drives strong motivation to the team. Roles and Responsibilities Plan, review available and required resources based on the short and long term seed production target Distribute/allocate seed production targets to different production areas. Provide technical support and guidance to the seed production team to support the achievement of quality and quantity targets. Monitor all aspects of production, identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations to support continuous improvement with safety performance, quality & quantity achievement, phytosanitary aspects, regulatory compliance & operating cost. Coordinate with the SS team the timely availability of stock seed for distribution to the seed growers. Conduct crop inspection in seed production and propose quality improvements as appropriate Submit production yield estimates & Key seed production updates to the Group SP manager every month. Collaborate with SPR/R&D implementation of new production protocol for new products, as needed Motivate and challenge the team to drive high performance through training, coaching, exposure related to Seed Production activities. Establish close rapport with government agencies for regulatory requirements such as business permits, etc. Plan, prepare and monitor OPEX & CAPEX budget in coordination with finance Prepare seed procurement price proposals every year based on analysis of previous year performance & submit the proposal to management for approval. Ensure effective control on Production Activities and ensure that Cost of production is within designated budget as per the overall business strategy, policies & guidelines Review status on Seed Growers payment.
