  • Responsible for oversight of regulatory compliance, audit, and risk assessments to ensure compliant with applicable laws
  • Managed international data collection and analysis for compliance-related matters,
  • Ensuring timely escalation of issues, and producing reports with recommendations for improvement
  • Working closely with all departments to provide support from a compliance perspective.  
  • Manage all compliance and regulatory projects as they arise, ensuring their successful planning, execution
  • Working closely with the Lead Gen Team to support and screen Customers for KYC
  •  Support the Finance team to support and screen Customers for compliance.
  •  Internal Audit of CRM and customer identification for KYC and compliance
  • Support the Sales team for customer KYC checks, internal compliance against SOPs
  • Report on potential opportunities, or risks, inc. regular risk assessments to management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Law, or a related field.( Bachelor’s degree preferred) 
  • Ability to adapt, develop and motivate employees and creating productive and positive team atmospheres. 
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial services, accounting, audit within a regulated environment with a proven track record of project management (preferred). 
  • Proven experience in conducting compliance monitoring and risk assessments, and attention to detail.
  • A reasonable knowledge of website products, channels, and services as well as risk management practices for compliance. 
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to efficiently prioritize and handle multiple tasks while maintaining a results-oriented approach. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to lead, develop, and motivate others creating productive and positive team atmospheres.  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly skilled in data analysis tools and PowerPoint presentation creation. 
  • Proficiency in English and Myanmar languages, with strong communication skills.
