Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1.Work closely with the Sales Migration Manager to develop and execute comprehensive migration plans for assigned customer accounts.

2.Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and existing service plans to identify suitable downward migration options that meet their budget or usage requirements.

3.Communicate effectively with customers to explain the benefits and potential cost savings of migrating to a simplified plan.

4.Guide customers through the migration process, ensuring a clear understanding of any changes in features or functionalities.

5.Assist with data transfer and service activation for migrated customers.

6.Address customer concerns and troubleshoot any issues arising during the migration process.

7.Provide post-migration support to ensure customer satisfaction and continued service usage.

8.Maintain accurate records of customer migration activities and outcomes

9.Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Service and Technical Support, to ensure a seamless migration experience

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of telecommunication products and services, with a focus on various plan options and features.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and explain cost-saving opportunities effectively.
  5. Proficiency in explaining technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, addressing potential downgrades in features transparently.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  8. Experience with CRM software a plus
