1.Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data related to insurance products (sales volume, customer adoption rates, revenue generated, etc.).

2.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for insurance products, such as conversion rates, churn rates, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).

3.Identify trends and patterns in sales data to understand customer behavior, product performance, and market dynamics.

4.Support the Product Manager and Commercial Manager by providing data-driven insights to inform product development, pricing strategies, and sales & marketing campaigns.

5.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to benchmark our insurance products and identify opportunities for improvement.

6.Assist with forecasting future revenue potential for insurance products based on historical data and market trends.

7.Work with the IT team to develop and maintain data pipelines and reporting tools for insurance products.

8.Communicate complex data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner through reports, presentations, and visualizations.

1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2.Minimum 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.

3.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.

4.Strong understanding of financial concepts and metrics relevant to insurance products (e.g., premiums, claims, loss ratios).

5.Experience in the telecommunications industry a plus.

6.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders.

7.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
