Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 18th May, 2024 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

  • Oversee all customer inquires and requests are appropriately responded to in a timely manner.
  •  Preparing customer database and quotations and follow-up on these database for repairs, spare parts and after-sales solutions
  • Working together with customer support department manager to ensure good communication and working relationships between departments
  •  Build good customer relationship and satisfactions
  •  Dealing with customers and negotiations on transformer repair sale and after sale service
  •  Communicate detail campaigns updates directly to clients, customers and end users
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  • Reporting to customer support department manager for weekly (or) monthly

Job Requirements

  • Age between 20~25 years
  • Must be at least 10th grade passed.
  • Must have 1 or 2 years experiences in related field
  • Prefer candidates who are living near Bahan Twonship.
